When is the Hire Kiosk open?
Our team is available to assist you during the following hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
- Sunday: Closed
Note: For same-day sessions, please ensure equipment is returned by 15:45.
What identification do I need to bring?
To hire equipment for the first time (as a Member or Casual user), please bring a valid form of ID with your name and current address, such as a Driving Licence or a utility bill.
Do I need to book my equipment in advance?
For standard shopping trips, walk-ins are welcome. For Long-Term Hire, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your specific manual or powered model is available.
Where is the Hire Kiosk located?
We are located within the Belfry Shopping Centre, Redhill. Our central location offers level access directly to the shops and local amenities.
How does the Long-Term hire deposit work?
A refundable security deposit is required for all extended hires. This is returned in full once the equipment is returned to the Kiosk in its original condition.
