How did we get here
Establishment and Founding

Funding Focus Shift
Around this time, the charity saw a significant growth in self-generated income, increasingly relying on the sale of new, used, and donated mobility products to fund its services.
Transition to CIO Status
Redhill Shopmobility completed the process of re-registering as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) (Charity Number 1165439). This provided a more modern and robust governance structure.
Incorporated Entity
The operations officially transferred to the incorporated entity (CIO) established in 2016, marking a significant step in the charity’s development and long-term security.
